The following tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.marieliequestrian.com to you and how we run the website and treat the personal information which you provide us with. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from this website. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change the contents of this website, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your use of the website after a change has been posted will signify your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs. We will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible.

Complaints Policy

We aim to acknowledge your communication and to start our investigations within five working days following our receipt of it. When you register for an account, you will be asked to enter your email address and choose a password. You are responsible for keeping your email address and password confidential. You agree that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur using your email address and password.

All of the content contained on this website, including information, communications, text, graphics, photographs, images, sounds, moving images, video, illustrations, code and other materials, together with all trademarks, logos and domain names are owned by Marieli Equestrian Ltd. Despite Marieli Equestrian Ltd's efforts, however, the information on this site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We may refuse orders where any such information (including but not limited to an Item’s price or its promotional status) has been inaccurately published.
Products included on the site may be unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed, or may carry a different price than that stated on the site. In addition, we may make changes to information about price and availability without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. The price of an Item does not include delivery and returns charges. We will provide you with details of our delivery charges during the order process. Marieli Equestrian Ltd reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service to any customer. Marieli Equestrian Ltd also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
The images of the Items on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we try to display the colours of items accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Items. The Items you order may therefore vary slightly from those images.
Our Contract
The information you provide when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you with any query we may have. When placing an order from Marieli Equestrian Ltd, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and your order details. A contract between you and Marieli Equestrian Ltd will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items have been dispatched. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive another email, confirming your order has been dispatched.
Marieli Equestrian Ltd retains the right to refuse any request or order made by you.
Availability
All items shown as ‘in stock’ will normally be delivered within a standard delivery timescale of 3 - 5 working days, however, Marieli Equestrian Ltd will not be responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to, or price change, suspension or discontinuance of, any Item.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same optional third-party tools.
Pre-Order
These are items that are not currently in stock however they are available to order.
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of shipment is only an estimate, it is subject to change, and Marieli Equestrian Ltd does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Marieli Equestrian Ltd is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.
We will try to provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule. Ordered items are considered sold and the "pre-order" cannot be cancelled. Please ensure when placing a pre-order that you are happy and able to complete the order when the item arrives in stock. Once you have paid for and received the item our normal return policy applies (14 days to inform us and a further 14 days for the item to arrive with us).
Custom Order
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded. You MUST ensure the design/ text you provide is spelt and worded correctly, Marieli Equestrian will use exactly what is submitted through the website and will not be held accountable for any errors made on your part.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number you provide when you place your order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Site. You agree to update your account and other information (including your email address and payment card details) promptly, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Payment
Marieli Equestrian Ltd accepts payment from major Debit and Credit Card companies. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept payment via cheques or postal orders.
Items’ prices may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Promotional
Promotional discount codes – we may from time to time offer promotional discount codes to our customers via our website or through our social media pages.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue, so please read any accompanying information thoroughly before using your discount code.
Only one promotional discount code can be applied per order.
Discount codes have no cash alternative and they are not transferable or assignable.
If you are eligible for a refund, neither the voucher nor its redeemable value will be refunded. You will receive the maximum amount you have actually paid as the purchase amount.
If the promotion includes a free product, the free product must be returned if you wish to apply for a full refund. If the free product is not included in the return the full sales price of that product will be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to vary these conditions.
Delivery
We will deliver your order within 30 days of the order date unless otherwise agreed between us.
We will try to meet any indicative delivery date. However, there may be times we are unable to do so and your actual delivery date will be different.
Returns Policy
Returning Products If You Change Your Mind
If you are not satisfied with any Items purchased from us, you have a right to return them in exchange for a refund under this section, provided you tell us you wish to do so within 14 days of receiving the Items.
If you wish to return Items to us under this section, you must ensure the items arrive with us within 14 days of telling us you wish to do so.
All Items must be returned to us in their original condition, in their original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
You may return Items to us by post or another suitable delivery service of your choice to the returns address set out below. You are solely responsible for the cost of returning Items to us under this section.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the day on which we receive the returned Items.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact our customer services team if you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item. Details can be found on our ‘Contact Us’ page.
On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged by your postal service, please inform us within 48 hours by email to info@marieliequestrian.com, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted. Please note refunds are only eligible within 28 days of receipt. Your item must be deemed faulty within 90 days at the discretion of Marieli Equestrian Ltd.
We are happy to offer a credit note or exchange for the faulty or incorrect item within this time frame.

For your own protection, we advise you to send your return tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the Items. You should also request proof of shipping from the Royal Mail/the delivery service you use when you return your Items to ensure you are protected.
