PLACING AN ORDER |
Can I cancel or make changes to my order? In order to deliver the best service possible, all our orders are processed within minutes of ordering, meaning we can't cancel or make changes to an order once you've placed it. This includes changing delivery options, addresses, or payment methods. |
What is a pre-order? A pre-ordered item is not yet available, but will be sent out as soon as it is. When you pre-order an item you will be sent an email with the date your order is expected to ship, and under the 'Pre-order' button on the product page you will find the expected shipping date. |
