2021 EQUINE DIARY

Is the diary suitable for horses and ponies?

Absolutely, the only sections of the diary where it matters there is the option for a horse or a pony.

Is it appropriate to be kept at the stables?

The diary has been designed to withstand spills and dirty fingers on the cover, the vegan leather cover is so easy to wipe clean; but please avoid things that will stain such as boot polish etc.

 

Are there any other colours available?

The only colours available at this time is Beige, Pink and Black, but we would love to hear which colours you would like to see on the cover of the 2022 Equine Diary! Please email us at info@marieliequestrian.com or comment on any of our socials.

What is the diary layout?

The date portion of the diary is a weekly spread, with a monthly overview at the start of each month. Pages specific to different aspects of your horse or pony's care can be found at the start and end of the diary. Please visit our 2021 Diary Content page. 

 

 

PLACING AN ORDER

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

In order to deliver the best service possible, all our orders are processed within minutes of ordering, meaning we can't cancel or make changes to an order once you've placed it. This includes changing delivery options, addresses, or payment methods.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-ordered item is not yet available, but will be sent out as soon as it is. When you pre-order an item you will be sent an email with the date your order is expected to ship, and under the 'Pre-order' button on the product page you will find the expected shipping date.

 

How do I return an item?

You must notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt.
You can send your return to the address below, please make sure to keep proof of postage for any returns.
When your return is received, the money will be issued back to your account via your chosen payment method, it can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account.
