Shipping policy
Your order will typically be processed the same working day so you may expect a shipping confirmation email within that time frame! Be sure to check your junk/spam mail if you can't find it.
Custom items can take up to 4 days to dispatch to allow us time to add and quality check your personalization, please keep this in mind when placing your order and selecting your delivery method.

Certain countries may encounter Customs charges, these are dictated by the particular country and as such Marieli Equestrian have no control over what they may be. Please speak with your country's tax office before placing an order should you wish to know if additional charges will apply. You will be contacted by Customs or the Courier prior to delivery of your order; you will not receive your order without paying these charges.

Typical order processing: Orders received Monday to Friday will be despatched within 24 hours provided we have your items in stock. Items ordered over a weekend will be despatched the following Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.
